The Gunners' 10-game victorious run came to an end by Sunderland prior to the international hiatus, however can the Premier League leaders bounce back against local foes Spurs this weekend?
"{I feel like Arsenal are miles ahead of Tottenham currently but Spurs manager Thomas Frank will have a strategy for this match," remarked football specialist Chris Sutton.
"Frank will try to nullify Arsenal, who have not always been at their sparkling best this campaign - but Mikel Arteta's side typically still find a way to win."
The analyst is making predictions for all 380 Premier League games this term, against artificial intelligence, fans and a variety of guests.
In week 12, he takes on performer Olly Murs, who is a United supporter.
Murs' new record, Knees Up, is available on the weekend.
Murs is a talented footballer as well as a successful artist and has been a star of several charity football games over time - but he is not planning a serious comeback as a footballer.
"{I actually played in a charity game the other night for a friend of mine," he said. "My team was trailing 3-1 when I came off in the 60th minute, and they went on to win 4-3, so you can interpret that what you will!
"I still love football, but I injured my joint a few years ago and it still hasn't fully recovered. I hope I could play more but the unpredictability of the game means it's too dangerous for me in my career to do it properly again.
"Additionally I am forty-one now, and we are not all Cristiano Ronaldo, are we!? No, I am very happy not playing football and I am gearing up for the time that my child or son decides to play instead."
Murs and his wife his partner have two children, Madison and their son, and he is prepared to follow in his father's footsteps by becoming their coach.
"I won't push football on our children but I've previously told Amelia that if they do get the bug for it then I will have to go and get my manager qualifications - and I will probably be coaching their Saturday football team," he said.
"I watched my relatives play a lot, and I truly got into it, and I obviously owned a football club for a while too.
"My father coached with us when I was a child, which is probably where I inherited it. He managed our team for several seasons and had great fun with it. That could be the future for me as well, and I am excited to it!"
The Blues may have to be patient for their star's return from injury but their attack is now stronger with Joao Pedro and Liam Delap both returned to fitness.
I still think this fixture will be quite close, however. The Clarets are well organised and their only at Turf Moor defeats so far have been against the Reds and the Gunners.
This suggests a 1-1 draw to me, but I am actually going to go with Chelsea to edge it for what would be their third consecutive Premier League win in a row.
Sutton's forecast: 1-2
Olly's prediction: The Blues will be too strong. 1-3
AI's prediction: 0-2
The Cherries have lost their past two matches - albeit both of them were on the road - but they got thoroughly beaten by Villa last time out which shocked me.
On the other hand, West Ham won two in a row before the international break and, although both of those fixtures were at their stadium, they appear strong again.
The Hammers' only away victory this season came at Forest in August, when their manager Nuno was still that team's manager.
So, what exactly do I go with here - will it be the Hammers continuing their run under Nuno, or the home side responding?
I will choose Bournemouth, because I think what happened against Aston Villa was a blip.
The pundit's prediction: 2-0
The guest's outlook: Bournemouth are doing well but West Ham have picked up under Nuno. 2-2
The algorithm's pick: 1-1
Brentford were seen as one of the favourites for relegation before the campaign started, but they have impressed a several people under Keith Andrews and are in fine fettle with three wins in their last four matches.
A family member advised me to select Bees forward Igor Thiago in my Fantasy Football team a few weeks back and, guess what, I didn't listen.
Thiago will probably score again on the weekend but I am nonetheless not going to pick him or support Brentford at Amex Stadium.
The Bees have not had great fortune on the road this term, and the Seagulls are consistently strong at their stadium. The visitors will attempt to hit them on the counter-attack but I feel Fabian Hurzeler's side pose much more of a danger.
The analyst's prediction: 2-1
Olly's prediction: This could be a match where you think there is going to be a lot of goals but it in reality turns out to be rather tight. 1-1
AI's outcome: 2-1
It is a huge game for the Cottagers, who have lost five of their last six matches.
They have have plenty of quality in their squad but it still feels like they could be dragged into a drop zone battle.
As for the Black Cats, indeed they are the unexpected success of the top flight season so far.
The away side's performance in the two-all tie with Arsenal last time out was superb. We've not seen anyone else disrupt the Gunners like that this season, and they were fully competitive for them.
The logical choice would be to back the Black Cats here, because they are obviously able of roughing Fulham up too and, the previous occasion they were in west London, they beat Chelsea at the end of October.
But I am not going to choose that. Rather, I truly need to carry on opposing Sunderland with my forecasts. I am taking a lot of credit for their good results because they evidently enjoy to defy my predictions.
Considering the home side's home form, the sole side they have been defeated by is the league leaders. Their manager's team will be absolutely eager for a positive outcome, so I am going to predict they will pick up three much-needed points.
Sutton's prediction: 1-0
The guest's choice: I'm aware Sunderland are performing strongly and additionally that the hosts are on a bad streak... but they have still been respectable at Craven Cottage this season. 2-0
AI's outlook: 2-0
It is a hard one to predict. The Reds have suffered seven of their last ten matches in all competitions, but could they be one of the sides who profit from the {international break|
